Secondly – we are family; God’s adopted children. The bible is full of all the ways the church is called to love, care for, encourage, and serve one another (John 13:34)

The message of grace in the gospel is central to everything we do; in Christian life and the local church. Grace ought to be expressed and enjoyed in relation to salvation, sanctification, church life, relationships and leadership. The gospel should be constantly, and consistently celebrated in the heart of a believer. For salvation is a work of God from start to finish.

We believe that all the gifts in Scripture are available and desirable today for building the local church and extending the Kingdom of God. We believe every Christian is filled, and should go on being filled with the Spirit as part of God’s desire to empower us for Christian life and witness.
our story...so far
Our church in Thanet started in 2011 with about 12 of us in someone’s living room. By God’s grace, we have grown each year as people have been saved and added to the church. From the very beginning we felt called to be a simple new testament church who enjoyed the gospel, loved one another and served the poor in both word and deed. For many years we gathered on Sundays at Newington Primary School, before God miraculously blessed us with our own community building in 2017: The Corner. The Corner is our ‘Home and Centre of Mission’ in Ramsgate.
